The Insource management team consists of leaders in the fields of industrial engineering, operations management, managed services, logistics, finance and consulting.

George Mackie is responsible for the management, growth and success of Insource as President and CEO. Mr. Mackie joined Insource from Wakefield Group where he was a Venture Partner and Entrepreneur-in-Residence since February 2000. While at Wakefield, he served as a Director on numerous boards and was the Chairman of Bloodhound Software, after serving as the interim President and CEO in early 2002.
Mr. Mackie came to Wakefield after building DBS Systems Corporation, a provider of large scale Customer Care and Billing Systems. He was DBS's founder and CEO, growing the company to over 200 employees, leading expansion internationally and securing a relationship as an exclusive provider of services to DIRECTV®, Inc. In 1998, Mr. Mackie sold his interest in DBS to DST Systems, Inc.; a NYSE traded company and continued as CEO for the next eighteen months.
Prior to DBS, Mr. Mackie was the CEO of several information systems and software companies that specialized in high volume, mission critical, transaction processing systems, including Network Computing Corporation and Computer Management Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
As COO, Randy Chapman is responsible for operations, engineering, corporate finance, business infrastructure, and strategy. Before joining Insource, Mr. Chapman served as the COO and CFO of CALEB Technologies, a growing venture backed software company. At CALEB Mr. Chapman oversaw the growth of the company and subsequently orchestrated its successful sale to Accenture. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chapman worked with McKinsey & Company where he consulted numerous companies on operational, financial, and strategic issues. Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Chapman was a Manager with Arthur Andersen LLP where he advised clients on tax and audit issues. Mr. Chapman received a B.S. in Accountancy from Miami University, Ohio; holds a MBA from Harvard Business School; and is a licensed CPA.
As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Kevin Clark focuses on Insource's customer relationships and solution design efforts, drives overall company growth strategies, and leads general market development initiatives. Prior to joining Insource, Mr. Clark spent 17 years in various sales and logistics roles at Airborne, Inc. (now DHL). Most recently, Mr. Clark was Director of Business Development for Airborne Logistics Services (ALS), where he designed and implemented industry solutions in healthcare, media and entertainment, financial services, and telecommunications. While at ALS, he was responsible for developing the innovative Optical Village, a collaborative supply chain solution for the vision care industry. Prior to Airborne, Mr. Clark worked in inventory planning with Telex Computer Products. Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Wake Forest University.
Mark Fitzpatrick is the Executive Director of Process Improvement, responsible for process enhancements across Insource’s entire customer lifecycle. Most recently, Mr. Fitzpatrick served as a Senior Lean Corporate Consultant for Dell Computer, leading the lean transformation in their manufacturing organization. Prior to Dell, Mr. Fitzpatrick was with Sigma Breakthrough Technologies Inc. (SBTI), a professional services firm specializing in Lean and Six Sigma deployments. While at SBTI, Mr. Fitzpatrick led more than 50 Kaizen events with Fortune 500 clients. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fitzpatrick spent 6 years in various roles at Intel Corporation, working in new product introduction, account management, and process engineering. Mr. Fitzpatrick holds a Bachelors of Science and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
